All the time I've spent searching WoGEs and new spots, paid off, again - it wasn't the southern Cuba, but was near enough to be found in an hour or so! :)

Well, water it was, water it will be:

For this new challenge you should find out where is, their geology and, in this case, another important detail (but not decisive for the win) - and this one should be easy if you're a "special kind of geologist" ;)

No Schott's Rule this time! Rules, tips and previous WoGEs are collected by Felix on his blog and a KML file is available with all WoGEs.

  1. 54.96°N 60.3294444°E - Ozero Chebarkul', where the Chelyabinsk meteorite fell on February 15th 2013. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chelyabinsk_meteorite has more.

This one was hard to find, and I eventually found it after I had turned the view around so many times that I had totally lost track of which way North is - I was thinking I searched further north, when actually I had gone due east.

Next one will be dry. :D
